REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Period

February 3 - May 23, 2025

Early Bird Special for School District and Agency Personnel!
Register before May 1st and receive $10.00 off your registration.

Registering for Sessions

Pre-registration is required for both morning and afternoon breakout sessions. The Keynote does not require pre-registration. Sessions with low enrollments may be cancelled. Session confirmations will be mailed to you in June.

Registration for morning and afternoon sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration period is from February 3, 2025 through May 23, 2025.

Parents are invited to attend! Please contact Cindy MacLean at tacteam@iu13.org to receive additional conference booklets to share with parents.

Act 48

Act 48 hours will be awarded for this conference. Six hours will be credited for attendance at the Opening Keynote and two Breakout Sessions.

Pricing

Costs include continental breakfast and lunch. Early-bird school district and agency personnel discount prices are in parentheses.

  • $50.00 ($40.00) - School district and agency personnel within Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
  • $60.00 ($50.00) - School district and agency personnel outside of Lancaster and Lebanon counties.
  • $25.00 - Parents, university students, and substitutes
  • $25.00 - IU13 personnel (program is billed)

Payment Options

Bill My School

Direct billing to school districts is available for IU13 districts only. You must have approval of your District/IU approving administrator.

Up-Front Payment

School district and agency personnel outside of Lancaster and Lebanon counties, parents, university students, and those attending without school district approval MUST send payment after registering online. Please make checks payable to Lancaster-Lebanon IU13. Payment must be received by May 23, 2025.
